The Intelligence Desk is a field tool for commercial real estate — point your phone at a street and see intelligence pinned to the buildings in front of you, then capture what you find.

If something is broken, it helps enormously if you include your device and iOS version, what you were doing when it happened, and a screenshot if you have one.
Common questions
The augmented reality view needs both camera and location access. Check Settings › The Intelligence Desk and confirm Camera is on and Location is set to While Using the App with Precise Location enabled. AR also needs a clear view of the street and works poorly indoors or in heavy rain.
Accuracy depends on GPS and on nearby buildings. In dense areas, step into the open for a few seconds and let the position settle before capturing. Confirm Precise Location is enabled — with it off, the app only receives an approximate area.
Yes, but the map and AR features are the core of the product and will not work. Notes and saved opportunities still function.
If you are working solo, only you. If your account belongs to a team, your notes are visible to your teammates. The leaderboard shows your display name publicly, and share links you create are public by design. This is set out in full in the privacy policy.
Open the capture in the app and delete it there. This removes the note and its photos.

Yes. The Desk runs in the browser at app.theintelligencedesk.com with the same account. The AR features are specific to the mobile app.
